- Partner applications: business name, address, contact details, and notes.
- Support communications: messages you send to us.

- Location data (with your permission): precise or approximate geolocation to show nearby restrooms and compute distance. You can disable location in your device settings.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and basic diagnostics.
- Cookies / local storage: used for sessions, preferences, fraud prevention, and basic analytics.
c) Payment data
Payments are processed by third-party processors. We receive confirmation (amount, timestamp, success/failure), but we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the Service (maps, wallet, unlock flow).
- Create and manage accounts and Partner listings.
- Process purchases and prevent fraud.
- Communicate about your account, transactions, or support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Partners: limited info needed to facilitate access and resolve issues (e.g., unlock event time and a transaction reference). We do not share your precise location history with Partners.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and security vendors.
- Legal / safety: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect users/Partners/GoHereNow.
No sale of personal data: We do not sell your personal data or precise geolocation data. If this ever changes, we will obtain opt-in consent where required.
4. Location Data and Sensitive Inferences
Location data can be sensitive. We collect it only to power nearby restroom discovery and routing, and only when you allow it. We do not geofence around sensitive facilities or use location data for targeted health-related advertising. Washington’s privacy rules treat certain location uses as sensitive, and we design the Service to avoid those prohibited practices.
5. Data Retention
- Account and transaction records are retained as needed for lawful business, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Precise location is used in real time for nearby results and is not stored as a long-term location history unless required for security audits.
- Partner applications are kept for reasonable review and relationship management.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Location controls: enable/disable in device settings.
- Cookie controls: via browser settings; some features may break if disabled.
- Access/correction/deletion: request a copy or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
- Marketing: you may opt out of non-essential emails.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
